2. Service Description

Banana Designer provides AI-powered image generation and editing services, including:

• Text-to-image generation
• Image-to-image editing and transformation
• AI-powered image upscaling (up to 4×)
• Cloud storage for generated images

All features are powered by advanced artificial intelligence and require credits to use.

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

• Create an account with accurate and complete information
• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Credits System

4.1 How Credits Work

Our Service operates on a credit-based system. Each image generation, edit, or upscale operation consumes credits from your account balance. The exact credit cost varies by feature and complexity.

4.2 Free Credits

New users receive complimentary credits upon registration to try the Service. Free credits are subject to change without notice and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.

4.3 Credit Expiration

• Subscription Credits: Credits from monthly subscriptions expire at the end of each billing cycle. Credits from annual subscriptions expire one year from the subscription start date.
• Purchased Credits: Credits purchased through one-time credit packs do not expire and remain available until used.

5. Subscription Plans

5.1 Plan Types

We offer subscription plans (Basic, Pro, and Business) with both monthly and annual billing options. Each plan includes a specific number of credits per billing period.

5.2 Billing and Renewal

• Monthly subscriptions renew automatically on the same day each month
• Annual subscriptions renew automatically after one year
• You will be charged the then-current rate upon renewal
• We will notify you of any price changes before they take effect

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting customer support. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to subscription credits until expiration. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

6. Credit Packs

In addition to subscriptions, we offer one-time credit packs (Nano, Mini, Medium, and Max) that can be purchased at any time. Credit pack purchases are:

• One-time, non-recurring charges
• Non-refundable after purchase
• Credits that never expire
• Used after subscription credits are depleted

7. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you:

• Authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees
• Confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method
• Agree to pay all applicable taxes
• Understand that all sales are final unless otherwise stated

8. Content and Usage Rights

8.1 Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to images you upload to our Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely to provide the Service.

8.2 Generated Images

Images generated by our AI belong to you, subject to these terms. You may use generated images for commercial or personal purposes. However, you are responsible for ensuring that:

• Your use complies with all applicable laws
• You do not infringe on third-party rights
• You do not use images for illegal, harmful, or deceptive purposes

8.3 Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Service to create, upload, or generate content that:

10. Service Availability
